Successful Wellness Week at Joliet Junior College

On Wednesday, Jay and I participated in the Wellness Week, sponsored by the Office of Holistic Wellness at Joliet Junior College in Joliet, Illinois. I have to tell you, it took me by surprise!  Over 2000 students and faculty came to learn about different health and wellness issues.  Jay and I gave mini workshops followed by Q & A and of course, mini acupressure and reflexology sessions. JJC’s website:  http://www.littleurl.net/9f53da
