On Wednesday, Jay and I participated in the Wellness Week, sponsored by the Office of Holistic Wellness at Joliet Junior College in Joliet, Illinois. I have to tell you, it took me by surprise! Over 2000 students and faculty came to learn about different health and wellness issues. Jay and I gave mini workshops followed by Q & A and of course, mini acupressure and reflexology sessions. We were able to teach these bright young minds about alternative health and healing techniques. What a blast! We’re certainly going to do more educational sessions.
