  1. The Reflexology session was wonderful. Jay and Ramilla are a skilled and caring reflexology team. I noticed that the neck, shoulder and arm stiffness I felt prior to the session dissipated quickly. My treatment was relaxing, yet invigorating. I had a great night’s sleep afterwards, and awoke the next morning feeling refreshed and ready to sieze the day. Thank you Jay and Ramilla!
